About Us

Natural Green Creative Spaces brings together years of experience, creative flair and an eye for detail to produce and deliver unique, memorable creative spaces. It’s at the heart of our business to create the very best, and we pride ourselves on designing and creating exceptional spaces throughout the UK, Europe and worldwide.

We have a unique set up, in that we're not a typical agency, we use all of our own creations and stock to ensure availability but most importantly, quality. The heart and soul of what we do is landscape, planting and floral installations, and while this still accounts for the majority of our work to date, we have strengthened our team, bringing on board experienced designers, carpenters and welders, alongside a significant investment in design and build software and machinery.

We offer our clients the complete service, working with them every step of the way - from design and planning through to installation and adding the finishing touches to their unique spaces. We install a huge range of beautiful trees and planting, cut flowers, bars and hospitality facilities, scene settings, sculptures and feature finishes at events, exhibitions and all manner of installations, with all of our work completed to an exceptional standard.

Based in Charlecote, Warwickshire is our purpose-built site, bringing our areas of expertise and team together under one roof, with our offices, design studio, workshop, warehouse, plant nursery.


Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to control the daily operations of our warehouse, workshop (event build), logistics and horticulture functions. You will be the one to ensure that our business is well-coordinated and efficient by managing its processes and directing its people in these departments.

The scope of responsibility for this role is broad and requires thorough knowledge of warehouse management including H&S compliance, logistics planning / vehicle maintenance and 3rd party sub-contract management. The ideal candidate will have horticultural knowledge and background.

They must be an excellent leader who can discover the most efficient ways to run their operational areas.

The goal is to safeguard and augment the efficiency of the company’s operations to facilitate a growth strategy and to deliver long-term success.

Responsibilities:

Liaise with MD and colleagues in the Management team to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals

Plan and monitor day-to-day running / efficiency across the company’s horticultural, build and event setup operations

Manage 3 sub department heads and support with subsequent team co-ordination (circa 12 staff)

Continually look for opportunities to grow and become more efficient

Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business processes and propose / deliver improvements

Manage procurement processes, select and appoint sub-contract partners, coordinate the build, horticultural and event pipeline to ensure the availability of plants, stands and resources

Support in the delivery and execution of events, on site. This often involves working outside of and in addition to usual hours

Review financial information and improve operational effectiveness to promote profitability

Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/supply chain

Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analysing and interpreting data and metrics

Ensure that the company adheres to all relevant legal requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience in Operational Management or equivalent position

Excellent organisational and leadership abilities

Outstanding communication and people skills

Knowledge of industry’s legal rules and guidelines

Interest / experience in horticulture / horticultural management is desirable

When not on site at an event, this full-time role is based at our Charlecote site.


Creative Account Manager

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will be working closely with the Business Development and Event Managers, Operations and Greenhouse teams, as well as dealing directly with suppliers, contractors, and clients. As a Creative Account Manager, you will be manging projects from client brief to concept to production and install. Designing a wide range of projects using skills in graphic design, interior spatial design and landscaping. The role typically delivers proposals consisting of scaled drawings, photo-mock-ups, mood boards and 3D visualisations to represent sketch concepts and proposals. You will also be preparing sales presentations and design decks, in house marketing collateral and large format signage and banners. This is a turnkey role with the capacity to reflect an initial concept into a design presentation, and manufacture drawings for production which ultimately you will overseeing onsite installation and hand over to the client. You will be dealing directly with fabrication suppliers and a range of high-profile clients where excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain relationships are key to deliver accurate solutions. This is a real 360-degree design role with exposure to all aspects of the business. Whilst working at world class events you may be required to stay away with expenses covered.

What you'll need:

You will have a passion for design and be inspired by a range of disciplines. You will have proven experience in digital design presentation, with experience dealing with clients. You will be able to use key design programmes from 3D software to

AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite as well as Microsoft office suite, 3D Max, Enscape and Premier Pro (or similar).

Due to the nature of the work, a full UK driving license is essential. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who likes to work on something different everyday and likes to be out and about in a hands-on role. People skills are essential to interpret briefs, work in a small team on tight deadlines and to deliver installations on site. You must also be able to pitch idea’s and be unphased when challenged.

There is a strong progression path should you want to develop your role, and this is supported by the Directors. Additionally, relative training where needed to enhance your development can also be offered.
