The Land Rover Burghley Horse Trials is a 5* equestrian event at the pinnacle of the sport and one third of the prestigious Rolex Grand Slam of Eventing. Arguably the world's greatest 5* equestrian event, recognised by esteemed riders as their ultimate competitive goal. Held annually at Burghley House in Stamford, Lincolnshire, the Three Day Event is a comprehensive test of the all round ability of the horse and rider, comprising of three competitive phases - Dressage, Cross Country and Show Jumping.
