We’re delighted to welcome Holly Timbrell to the Natural Green team as our new Logistics and Office Coordinator.
Holly brings with her a wealth of experience across coaching, training, event management, and operations—skills that align perfectly with this pivotal role. She’ll be responsible for keeping our systems running smoothly and ensuring that our project team can deliver exceptional support to clients and create successful, seamless events.
A Strong Foundation in Coaching and Training
Holly spent an incredible 17 years at Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA), where she served as National Coaching Manager. In that role, she played a crucial part in shaping and managing the national training framework, supporting hundreds of coaches across the country and organising events. Her ability to structure, coordinate and support a wide-ranging team is a testament to her organisational strength and her passion for helping others succeed.
Driving Purposeful Events in the Environmental Sector
From there, Holly moved to the Earth Trust, an environmental charity where she led the planning and delivery of events that connected people with nature. This experience deepened her understanding of sustainability and community engagement—values that are at the heart of everything we do at Natural Green.
Bringing Calm and Control to a Busy School Environment
For the past four years, Holly has worked in a busy secondary school, first as an Events Coordinator, then as an Exams Manager. In this high-pressure environment, she honed her skills in logistics, time management, and attention to detail.
The Right Fit for Natural Green
Holly’s extensive background in events, coordination, and structured support roles makes her a natural fit for her new position. She’s passionate about creating efficient systems, supporting teams behind the scenes, and ensuring that nothing gets in the way of delivering outstanding client experiences.
Away from work, Holly is a keen horse rider, nature lover, and advocate for outdoor living—all values that resonate deeply with the Natural Green ethos.
