Summer Arrives at KOKO

The latest installation continues a strategy designed to keep the space feeling fresh, relevant and engaging throughout the year. Earlier this spring, the team introduced magnolia, delicate blossom and layered greenery to replace the festive styling that had carried the venue through winter. Now, as summer arrives, the rooftop has been reimagined once again.

This time, the design centres around magnificent live Phoenix canariensis palms, complemented by lush faux fire-retardant tropical planting that creates a rich, immersive summer aesthetic. Together, the planting scheme brings height, texture and a sense of escapism to the rooftop environment, helping transport visitors away from the bustle of central London.

As is often the case with outdoor installations, the day began under grey skies and persistent rain. Fortunately, by the time the Natural Green team completed the installation, the clouds had cleared, the sun was shining and the full impact of the transformation could be appreciated.

The project forms part of a wider approach to venue enhancement that recognises the importance of keeping hospitality environments dynamic and engaging.
