Spring Arrives At KOKO: Natural Green Creative Spaces Refreshes Camden Rooftop Terrace
Following the removal of the festive installation which featured faux Christmas trees and winter styling, the team has introduced a softer, lighter spring scheme designed to reflect the change in season and create a completely different atmosphere for members and guests.
Set above the iconic Grade II listed venue in the heart of Camden, the KOKO rooftop terrace is becoming known for its evolving seasonal look. Rather than remaining static throughout the year, the space is refreshed each season, giving visitors a new experience and another reason to return.
KOKO is one of London’s most recognisable music and entertainment venues. Its rooftop members’ areas combine heritage architecture with contemporary hospitality, making it the ideal setting for carefully considered planting and styling.
A New Look For Spring
For the latest installation, we replaced the winter styling with an elegant spring palette centred around faux blossom and magnolia.
Delicate spring florals, soft greenery and layered planting have been used to create a lighter, brighter atmosphere across the terrace. The result is a space that feels fresh, uplifting and perfectly suited to longer days, outdoor drinks and spring events.
The installation has been designed to complement the venue’s existing aesthetic rather than overpower it. Soft pink, white and cream blossom add subtle colour and texture, while carefully placed foliage helps frame seating areas and create a more intimate and inviting environment.
By using high-quality faux planting alongside natural styling principles, the team has created a look that is visually striking, practical and able to perform throughout the season.
More Than Decoration
The seasonal refresh at KOKO is about far more than making the space look attractive.
For venues, members’ clubs and hospitality destinations, changing the look and feel of a space throughout the year can have a real commercial impact.
A refreshed environment helps create a sense of occasion, encourages repeat visits and gives guests something new to talk about and share. It can support bookings, increase dwell time and strengthen the overall experience for members and visitors.
At KOKO, the terrace has become an extension of the venue’s wider personality. The changing seasonal design keeps the space feeling relevant, memorable and aligned with the atmosphere of the venue itself.
Creating Reasons To Return
A terrace that feels different in spring than it did at Christmas creates a sense of anticipation and discovery. For members, regular guests and event organisers, it turns a venue into something that feels constantly refreshed and evolving.
This is increasingly important for members’ clubs, hospitality venues and music venues looking to stand out in a competitive market.
Thoughtful florals, greenery and seasonal planting can help transform underused spaces, elevate the customer experience and create highly shareable environments without the need for major structural change.
We believe it is never simply about adding plants. It is about creating spaces people remember.
More than plants.
