Working across the site, the Natural Green team helped create the distinctive, polished look and feel associated with Royal Ascot, from major statement installations and branded activations to planters, floral displays and carefully designed visitor spaces.
Among the standout features was a six-metre-diameter, metal-framed installation designed and fabricated in-house by Natural Green. The structure incorporated a specialist hardwood surround bench, internal staging to support a central sculpture and bespoke planting, which was installed and maintained by the team throughout the event.
Natural Green also worked with luxury watch brand Longines on a fully bespoke branded feature. The installation incorporated CNC-manufactured diamond-pattern graphics, planting and a complete structural build, creating an eye-catching backdrop designed to support brand visibility and visitor engagement. The team also worked with Moet onsite including building a custom bar, a photowall and supplying fresh florals.
Across the wider site, Natural Green supplied and planted a significant proportion of the event’s planters, hanging baskets, trees, fresh flowers and floral displays. These were used to soften built environments, frame entrances, enhance hospitality areas, delineate spaces and create natural divisions between different parts of the venue.
The team also designed and created bespoke edging, half-moon planters, and planting features tailored to the character of Royal Ascot. Plants were sourced and grown specifically for the event to ensure the scale, quality and finish were right for the setting.
Natural Green’s work extended indoors, with permanent hardwood planters and bespoke features designed to remain in place throughout the year and refreshed for Royal Ascot. The team also delivered extensive fresh florals for bars and hospitality areas, alongside faux and living-wall features for selected brand spaces.
Practical infrastructure was approached creatively too. Around 140 new waste-bin covers across the site were enhanced with planting, helping an essential operational feature sit more naturally within the overall visitor environment.
From large-scale fabrication and permanent features to fresh florals, planting and branded installations, Natural Green’s contribution demonstrates how thoughtful design can transform a complex event site into a cohesive, memorable and premium experience.
