Festive Retail Design: Supporting the New Balance Holiday 2025 Campaign

Natural Green Creative Spaces has been delighted to support our client design4retail on the delivery of the New Balance Holiday 2025 campaign at its Oxford Street store.

Over the last few weeks, our role has focused on providing creative, practical and hands-on support through the sourcing and supply of festive foliage to help bring the in-store concept to life.

From concept to confident delivery

As with all retail projects, clarity and confidence upfront were key. We sourced a range of samples and created mock-up sections ahead of final sign-off, allowing the wider team to see how the foliage would work within the space before committing to full production. This step ensured alignment on look, feel and quality, and helped streamline the delivery phase.

The final scheme was predominantly faux, chosen for consistency, durability and ease of maintenance during a busy trading period, with fresh pine stems introduced selectively to add texture and a subtle seasonal scent.

Making installation easy

While the on-site installation was carried out by the design4 retail team, we focused on making the process as straightforward as possible. Every single item was clearly labelled, enabling quick identification and placement in store. It’s a small detail, but one that makes a big difference, and was warmly commented on by the team during a follow-up call.

This approach reflects how we work. Thoughtful preparation behind the scenes helps projects land smoothly on site, even when multiple partners and tight timelines are involved.

A collaborative festive result

The finished installation delivers a festive retail environment that feels warm, considered and aligned with New Balance’s clean, contemporary brand aesthetic. Greenery plays a supporting role, enhancing the customer experience without distracting from the product itself.

This project is a strong example of Natural Green Creative Spaces’ experience supporting retail designers, fit-out contractors and brands with reliable, well-planned green solutions that work in real-world retail environments.

A big thank you to design4retail and the New Balance team for such a positive collaboration. The project was delivered by our Ascott division of highly skilled florists and talented designers.
