You can imagine my panic when, late on a Saturday, I discovered that the florist we had booked was short by hundreds of plants and, to make matters worse, their on-site team decided to walk away without resolving the issue. In desperation, we turned to Natural Green, hoping for a miracle – and you certainly delivered one. Without hesitation, your team stepped up, using stock that was earmarked for a future installation, fully aware it would require extra effort to replenish later. In just two hours, our floral wall was beautifully finished. I was bracing for the possibility that you might be able to help the next day, but instead, you solved everything immediately. The mood shifted completely, and it was all thanks to your fast action. To top it off, when your invoice arrived, I was pleasantly surprised. Even though we hadn’t discussed pricing in advance and you knew we were in a tight spot, your terms were more than fair. Thank you again for your outstanding help and the materials you provided. You know the high standards we hold at 2Heads, and it was a shock to be let down the way we were. But your team stepped in and saved the day, despite not even being part of the original project. The Royal International Air Tattoo have had the pleasure of working with the team at Natural Green for many years now and have always found the whole team to be enthusiastic, engaged and energetic in their delivery of the wide variety of products and services we require. The fresh living wall addition plus many extras provided by NGCS pushed our stand from great to OUTSTANDING! It really did in my personal opinion make it stand out among the numerous show stands.
